The ADVanced Insights Profile is a combination of three validated instruments: the DISC Index, the Attribute Index and the Values Index profiles. By combining these three powerful assessment tools into one profile, you can accurately determine what really drives an individual’s performance and if they will fit into your organizational culture.

What is the ADVanced Insights Profile?

The ADVanced Insights Profile combines the best of three world-class profiles: the Attribute Index measures how people think and make decisions; the Values Index measures a person’s motivational style and values; and the DISC Index measures a person’s preferred behavioral style. Together, they create the “WHAT, WHY and HOW” a person will perform in your job, and how to coach them to a higher level of performance. This unique tool unlocks the key to:

  • WHAT natural talents a person possesses based on how they think and make important decisions
  • WHY a candidate is motivated to use their natural talents based on their motivators and drivers
  • HOW a person prefers to use their talents based on their preferred behavioral style.
