What does Jim do?

Jim Jubelirer is a seasoned executive, coach and public speaker. Jim’s mission is to help leaders improve their business performance and personal satisfaction. Jim speaks to a wide variety of audiences about leadership and business excellence and motivates people to achieve Breakthrough Results. He has designed and delivered custom training programs, and has delivered speeches, conference presentations and/or executive seminars to over 6,000 people from over 40 countries.

What is his background?

Jim is a Certified Gazelles Coach, a certified “WHY Guy”and also serves as an Executive Coach at Delta Leadership.  Jim is active with RTP Capital Associates, an angel investment network, and is an Authorized Local Expert for Constant Contact.

Jim received his B.A. degree from the University of California at Santa Cruz and an M.B.A. from Johnson Graduate School of Management, Cornell University. He has completed numerous other personal and professional development programs.

Jim began his career with Digital Equipment Corporation as a product manager. He then served as Senior Consultant at Strat*X International, designing and delivering executive education programs. He was responsible for a major contract to deliver executive education courses for GE Management Education at Crotonville, NY. In that capacity, he traveled the US, Europe, and the Middle East working with GE employees and customers.

From 1994 – 2008, Jim was Vice President at Burke, Inc., where he was a recognized expert in service quality and customer satisfaction measurement. He consistently delivered million-dollar quotas for his company and implemented award-winning programs for major clients, including Fidelity Investments and Royal Caribbean.

When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his lovely wife, Lauren, son Daniel, and dog Jesse. Jim’s favorite hobbies are tennis, scuba diving, hot yoga and enjoying good food and wine in the company of family and friends.

Jim’s chapter “Breakthrough Results: Peak Performance in Business and Life” references the latest research from fields ranging from neuroscience to psychology to show you how to create breakthrough results.

The book also features motivational speaker Les Brown and best-selling author Jack Canfield.



Courtney Deruy

Courtney works with clients to ensure their success using The A-Player System and on internal marketing initiatives.  She is Marketing Manager and Chief Hireologist for Jubelirer Results Group.

Courtney’s training in Infusionsoft, GoToWebinar, WordPress, and Hireology allow her to help businesses land new clients and strengthen their core teams.  She recruits webinar audiences for major companies like DHL Supply Chain & Logistics and creates email marketing campaigns to drive registrations and product sales.  She successfully executed three website redesigns and helped five companies hire their dream employees through the A-Player System – and counting!

Courtney graduated with Honors from The Ohio State University where she studied Marketing, Psychology and Spanish. Courtney, along with her fiancé and high school sweetheart Tyler, enjoy moving to different U.S. cities to experience the regional cultures of the United States, and have lived in Columbus, Nashville, Chicago, and currently reside in Philadelphia. No matter where she goes, she roots passionately for The Ohio State Buckeyes, especially during football season.


 Lisa Jensen

As Director of Business Operations, Lisa is focused on making sure that goals and priorities are met in the daily operations at Jubelirer Results Group.  Additionally, it is her mission to make sure all clients have a seamless experience from first engagement through the coaching process.

With over 25 years of experience that spans the executive suite at a large corporation to running her own small business, she understands the challenges that many organizations face when working to grow their business.  Her expertise encompasses client relationships, finance management, event planning and management.

Lisa studied Communications and Public Relations at North Carolina State University.  She has had the opportunity to travel abroad extensively for work and for pleasure.  But as a North Carolina native, she is happiest when on the NC Coast with her husband and children.

Andrea Ferguson

Andrea (Andi) is President of AndiSites Inc. and Jubelirer Results Group’s primary consultant for all things web. With 20+ years’ experience in project management, 12 years’ experience in corporate communications, and 10 years’ experience in web design and development, Andi knows what it takes to give clients an effective website–while they enjoy the process. Andi is a WordPress expert who loves sharing knowledge; bringing technology down to earth; and making the web a friendlier, more open, more welcoming place. A skilled and patient consultant, Andi helps companies take their web presence to the next level through personalized approaches and customized digital strategy.

Andi is also a film/TV actress (as Andrea Powell), adult-onset athlete, and avid world traveler. She devotes time to supporting the American Cancer Society and loves spending time with her husband Paul, rebellious bunny Dusty, and sweet rescue hybrid dog Teddy.
